Carrier Keys have an attribute called "Represents Physical Routing". When a Route Leg contains a Carrier Key, this field will determine whether the Route Leg relates to a Physical Routing or Carrier information.

The time taken for a shipment to be delivered but with all the allowable factors removed - such as weekends, holidays, out of hours, Force Majeure and so forth, whereas the Elapsed Time (as displayed on the Shipping Manager) is just the straight amount of time calculated from either Booking, Scheduled Collection or POB -> POD
